Additional Tools for Lymphedema Treatment
LTU-904 Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
Low Level Laser therapy (LLLT) is the treatment of various conditions including scar issues, fibrosis, and lymphedema that uses a laser to bring about a cellular photochemical reaction. The laser light penetrates into tissue, gets absorbed by cells, and is then converted into energy that influences metabolic processes. The LTU-904 is the ONLY laser device cleared by FDA for lymphedema treatment.”
LymphaTouch
LymphaTouch is a negative pressure device which allows vertical and horizontal stretching of the fascial (connective tissue) structures, expanding the space for circulation of blood and lymph. The immediately measurable results include reduced swelling, reduced pain, and improved range of motion.” LymphaTouch also decreases tissue tightness, scar tissue, and fibrosis.
